Hello! I practice an eclectic, humanistic approach to therapy that centers around your values, strengths, and lived experience while drawing on evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs; I prioritize empathic listening, collaborative goal-setting, and fostering self-awareness and resilience, integrating Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DBT, psychodynamic, and experiential methods as appropriate to support meaningful change and personal growth. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading across genres, playing video and tabletop games, caring for and observing animals, solving puzzles and brainteasers, and spending relaxed, restorative time with friends.I look forward to meeting you!

I believe healing and growth happen when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore life’s challenges and feel empowered to move forward. I work from a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their resilience, build healthy coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I value creating a relationship built on trust, compassion, honesty, and respect.

I work with clients aged 14 and older and have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief, stress, and emotional processing, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem concerns, disability advocacy/rehabilitation counseling, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, and strengthening coping skills.

I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change, and my hope is that therapy becomes a place where clients feel encouraged to discover their strengths, deepen their self-awareness, and feel encouraged to create a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and connected.

My approach is to focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can identify their strengths, process their emotions from a non-judgemental perspective, navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to foster genuine connections with clients. I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and various presenting concerns. I have had ample experience in working with and counseling children and teens. My personal theory is integrative in nature, utilizing tools and techniques from various modalities such as Existential Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy provided through a multiculturally competent and trauma-informed lens. When I am not dedicating my time to counseling, I enjoy playing video games, reading, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. I am excited to get to know you!
